Where do eHomeTours.net™ Virtual Tours get posted?
Our Virtual Tours are designed to be as universal as possible, we can make arrangements to post the tours to the NorthStar MLS, your web site(s) and your broker's web site. Also, for only $24.95 we can place your Virtual Tour on HomeStore.com, Realtor.com, Homes.com, Homeseekers.com, Century21, Coldwell Banker National, RE/MAX USA, Prudential USA, and ERA National.

How much does a Virtual Tour cost?
Our standard 4 scene Virtual Tour is $119. Additional scenes are $19 each. Upgrades & Add-ons may be viewed from the order form.

What is included with my Virtual Tour order?
We include everything that's required to produce your tour, no hidden charges. Scheduling, photo shoot, production, hosting the tour and standard web site posting are all included. **Additional Fee Required for National Web Site Posting. See question #1 above.

What about companies offering Virtual Tours for $40?
Our pricing represents the full product from beginning to end with no hidden charges. Also the difference between products is substantial. Typically the bargain tours are 360 Panoramas, offering only a small vertical field of view. Our tours offer a FULL Spherical 360 degrees, allowing you to show off that staircase, vaulted ceiling, stacked windows, or floor to ceiling fireplace.

How long does the process take?
We process our tours on a first scheduled, first serve basis. The sooner we have access to the property for the photo shoot, the sooner your tour gets processed. Once we complete the photo shoot, the average turnaround is about 48 hours.

How do I place an order?
To receive the fastest service, we recommend that you place your order using our easy to use on-line order system. You may also place orders by phone, however your order will not be processed until it is entered into our system (it may be several hours until someone is available to enter orders manually).

Do I need to meet the photographer at the property?
No, there is no need for anyone to be present. Our photographers have Supra Electronic Super Keys.

Are the eHomeTours.net™ Virtual Tours compatible with the NorthStar MLS?
Yes, with your confirmation email, you will also receive a specially formatted link designed to comply with the NorthStar MLS regulations.

Can I get the Virtual Tour on CD-ROM?
Yes, your eHomeTours.net™ Virtual Tour may be put on a CD-ROM for a $19 setup fee. Additional CD's are available at a reasonable cost.

What forms of payment do you accept?
First time orders are required to place a credit card number on file as a guarantee, but payment may be made in any of the following formats. Check, Money Order, American Express, Visa, Master Card & PayPal.

Do you offer quantity discounts?
Yes. Please call if you would like information on quantity discounts.

How long do I have to use pre-paid Virtual Tours?
Pre-paid Virtual Tours do not expire, you may use them, give them away, or sell them (no more than face value) at any time. If you transfer a tour, please notify us who you transferred it (them) to asap so we can update our records.

How long to eHomeTours.net™ Virtual Tours stay on-line?
Our Virtual Tours will stay active on our servers for a minimum of 1 year* from the date of posting. Extensions are available for $29 per year.
*National web site posting is valid only for the life of the MLS number. An additional $24.95 is required to re-submit to the National system.
